    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Mideatek, an innovative and leading IT service provider firm. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our international market presence focusing on USA and UK markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling services in international market, strong communication and persuasive skills, and a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Job Responsibility

    1. Convert leads into sales, including online communications, conversion of cold into warm calls, and digital marketing initiatives.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and persuasively communicate how our IT services can address those needs.
    3. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and sales team, to develop mature proposals and solutions that meet client requirements.
    5. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
    6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and customer relationship management (CRM) records. (training period allowed)

  • Educational Requirement

    Minimum Education:
    Bachelors
    Degree Title:
    Marketing/BBA/BSAF/BSCS/SALES/ICMA

  • Experience Requirement

    Minimum Experience: 2 Year (Must have worked under International markets USA / UK / GCC preferred)

  • Additional Requirement

    1. Proven track record of successful sales experience, specifically working with international markets, mainly the USA, UK & GCC
    2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.
    3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets (minimum $10,000 per month).
    4. Adept at building and maintaining client relationships, with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
    5. Solid understanding of IT services, including software/website development, cloud solutions, cyber security, and managed services like graphic designing.
    6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Note:  “Is Preferred” does not indicate that any applicant having unfamiliar qualification would not be entertained.
